The Negresco is used by Silversea as its pre-cruise hotel, with the Hermitage in Monte Carlo being the choice for an upgraded hotel. (Deluxe Cruises' advice is to take the Hermitage. The Hermitage is the better hotel, and is across the street from the famous casino and has rooms overlooking the fabulous harbor.)
