Staff members address guests by name from the time they are introduced and quickly identify and focus on their personal preferences. The fine points remembered by staff members include such details as how guests take their coffee to what their favorite cookies are, where they like to sit in which restaurant, what type of wines they prefer, what amenities are most used and which are not, and exactly how they like their blankets and pillows arranged.

Crystal Cruises is enhancing its already expansive host of luxury services and amenities with their newest All Inclusive offer in 2012 - vacations on the award-winning Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity will include complimentary fine wines and premium spirits throughout the ship, open bar service in all lounges, and pre-paid gratuities for housekeeping, bar and dining staff. The complimentary gratuity amenity also includes Penthouse butler service as well as service in all of Crystal's fine specialty restaurants and sushi bar. Effective on board spring 2012 Trans-Atlantic crossings: Crystal Symphony, March 19, Miami to Lisbon; and Crystal Serenity, May 8, New York to London. Crystal Cruises "All Inclusive" is an evolution of the Crystal Experience and responds to the desires of your upscale clientele.

Gratuities:

• 2011 (all sailings) and 2012 (Symphony 1/4/12-3/3/12 sailings; Serenity 1/4/12-4/21/12 sailings)
  • $18.00 per person, per day for guests in Penthouse categories PH, PS and CP
  • $13.00 per person, per day for all other categories
  • $19.00 per person, per day for single guests in Penthouse categories PH, PS and CP
  • $14.00 per person, per day for single guests in all other categories
  • Tips for the maître d', headwaiter, assistant stewardess and night Room Service personnel are at guest's discretion. Gratuities may be prepaid or charged to guest's shipboard account.
  • For specialty restaurants, Prego, Silk Road and The Sushi Bar, $7 per guest, per dinner will be charged. A 15% gratuity for all bar drinks and wines is added to guest's bar check automatically. A 15% gratuity for Crystal Spa & Salon services is suggested.
• Spring 2012 (debuts Symphony 3/19/12 sailing; Serenity 5/8/12 sailing)
  • Effective spring 2012, gratuities are included for housekeeping, bar and dining staff.
