The concierge is an AI assistant. When you consent and send a message, your question, selected ship and recent conversation are processed by our secure backend and OpenAI to prepare a response. OpenAI may use public travel topics from your question to search the web and consult third-party sources. Please keep personal details out of your questions. Do not include card details, passport numbers, medical information or other sensitive data.
Conversation context is kept in private server storage. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity or two hours in total; expired records are removed as the service handles subsequent requests. Clearing a conversation deletes its server context when connected. This page does not save your chat in browser storage. OpenAI is asked not to store response objects; separate provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply.
